Nomoa is a boutique lifestyle concierge offering calm, considered planning for people who want to experience more — without managing it all themselves. From cultural escapes and personal celebrations to everyday organisation, we provide thoughtful support that replaces stress with clarity, and admin with intention.

What services are included?

Nomoa offers discreet, non-regulated concierge support tailored to your preferences and pace. This includes:

  • Personalised experience planning and itinerary curation

  • Dining, wellness, and cultural coordination

  • Celebration and event planning

  • Lifestyle logistics — from shopping and scheduling to seasonal resets

  • Thoughtful extras like welcome-home comforts or gifting

  • Post-experience care such as memory books or quiet organisation

Everything is bespoke, shaped around how you want to feel — not just what needs to be done.

Why not use a traditional concierge or luxury agency?

Most traditional services equate luxury with price tags. But a five-star restaurant isn’t helpful if it feels too formal. And a lavish venue can still miss the tone. Nomoa is different — we lead with care, not clichés. Every detail is designed around your life, your energy, and your intention.

Why not just use AI or online tools?

Tools give you options. We give you curation. Nomoa quietly aligns the experience to your day, your mood, and your rhythm — something no automated platform can do. You don’t need more links. You need a plan that just feels right.

Do you book flights or hotels?

No — Nomoa is not a travel agency and does not handle regulated bookings. I focus on everything around the trip: the ideas, structure, cultural context, and personalised support that shape the experience.

If you’d like your trip fully planned and booked for you, I’ll refer you to my travel consultancy, Journeys by JJ – Independent Travel Expert — a regulated partner where all arrangements are financially protected and ATOL-covered where applicable.

How do I pay for Nomoa’s services?

You’ll receive clear, staged invoicing:

  • A small deposit to begin

  • A mid-point instalment

  • A final payment before delivery

Payments are processed via Tide — we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

Can I make changes once we’ve started?

Yes. Minor adjustments are always part of the process. If your plans change significantly (e.g. timing, location, or occasion), we’ll revise the quote or timeline together — always transparently.

Can I contact you during the experience?

Of course. You’ll have direct access via WhatsApp (or your preferred app). While Nomoa isn’t a 24/7 service by default, I’m responsive, discreet, and available when it matters — particularly in the lead-up to, or during, your experience. If you’d like high-touch or round-the-clock support, this can be arranged as part of a bespoke package.

Do you provide digital plans or itineraries?

Yes. You’ll receive a beautifully designed, mobile-friendly plan (via Travefy), with everything in one place — from bookings and timings to maps, notes, and offline access.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel early in the process, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed. Finalised plans and third-party arrangements follow their individual terms — but we’ll always help manage the process with care.

Can you handle everything for me?

Almost. We handle as much as legally possible — though for privacy or compliance reasons, you’ll need to complete a few simple steps yourself (e.g. ID submissions or personal logins). We’ll guide you through clearly.

Do you work with loyalty points or travel schemes?

Yes. If you’re using airline points or credit card rewards, we’re happy to suggest routes or redemptions. In some cases, you may need to complete the actual booking directly.

Can I gift Nomoa services?

Yes — and it makes a meaningful gift. You can offer a full experience, a planning credit, or a single consultation. We’ll present it beautifully, and tailor it to suit the occasion.

Do you support group or business occasions?

We do. From quiet dinners and group escapes to offsites or multi-day gatherings, Nomoa provides calm, considered coordination with just the right amount of structure.

Who will I be working with?

Nomoa is founder-led. You’ll work directly with me, James Jefferson — from first message to final detail. No handovers. No chatbots. Just one consistent point of calm.
